Are your beds new or used?

All mattresses and box springs are new, factory certified, with small blemishes preventing them to be sold to big mattress retailers.

What does factory blemished mean?

Factory blemished or factory second means that the merchandise has one or more imperfections, preventing mattress retailers from buying and reselling it as flawless merchandise.

How far do you deliver?

Presently, a 50 mile radius.

What is your return policy?

All sales are final. We cannot risk bugs, germs, or contamination.

Do you give discounts?

Yes. We show our appreciation to military, police, and fire department workers by giving them 10% discount off their total purchase. Customer making a purchase must show a current valid, unexpired military or fire department ID, or federal, state, or local police department badge.

Can you hold merchandise?

No. We will however accept a non-refundable, 25% or more down payment for merchandise. Merchandise must be paid in full and picked up within 14 days of down payment.

How long can you hold merchandise that has been paid for?

We can only hold merchandise that has been paid in full, for up to 14 days. We don't have the storage available, to hold any longer than that. If you still have not picked your paid merchandise up, we will try calling on the 14th day. Any merchandise held for more than 14 days without prior authorization will have a $10 daily storage fee added, for up to 7 days more. After 21 days, if you still haven't picked your merchandise up, you will forfeit the whole purchase amount and merchandise. No exceptions.
